Becoming a Vendor

Certified Vendor Program 
Welcome to the City of Dickinson! We are pleased that you have an interest in becoming an approved vendor of the City. Currently the City is using the Public Vendor/Public Purchase System for vendor registration and bid notification services. 

To register as a new or current vendor of the City of Dickinson, Please follow the instructions below:

1. Register with Public Purchase:
Use the link below to begin the registration process. It can take up to 24 hours for your account to become active. You will receive an email from notices@publicpurchase.com letting you know your account is activated. Be sure and add this email address to your contacts to avoid bid notification emails being sent to your junk folder.


If you are already registered with Public Purchase previously please proceed directly to step 2.    

2. Register with the City of Dickinson:
Once you have received your activation email from Public Purchase log into the website and accept the terms and conditions of use. Once you have accepted the terms and conditions, click on the link below to start your registration process with the City of Dickinson. Begin by selecting the XXXX Commodity Codes that relate to your business so you can receive email notifications of future bid opportunities. You will be prompted to fill out required forms for the City of Dickinson. (These forms must be completed before you will be considered a vendor for the City of Dickinson even if the City already has them on file for your business/organization).
