New Master Fee Schedule Adopted
City Council adopted a new Master Fee Schedule and updated all fees related to Planning & Zoning, Commercial & Residential Buildings, and the Fire Marshal's Office.
The ordinance:
- Authorizes and begins a Master Fee Schedule for the City that will be kept by the City Secretary;
- Authorizes the Master Fee Schedule to by updated by Resolution;
- Amends the Code of Ordinances to provide that any expressly listed fee, charge, cost, or other expense related to P&Z, Buildings, or the Fire Marshal’s Office be replaced with a reference to the Master Fee Schedule; and,
- Requires that a complete Master Fee Schedule and a comprehensive Code amendment related to fees be presented to Council at some point in the near future.

MyGov
Through the MyGov portal you can register as a Collaborator which will allow you to submit applications, upload plans for review, follow review comments, and pay all applicable fees.
Customers will need to register online before being able to apply through the portal. Navigate to our MyGov.us page to start the registration process.**
** EXISTING CUSTOMERS - We have recently upgraded our MyGov so you will be asked to upgrade your account as well. When prompted, do not create a new account, simply click login and proceed with your previous login information to upgrade your account.

The following Planning and Zoning applications are available in the Permits Module of MyGov:
- General/Master Plan
- Plat / Subdivision
- Plat / Subdivision Variance
- Pre Development Review Conference
- Specific Use Permit
- Specific Use Permit - Vacation Rental
**NOTE: many of the planning and zoning applications do not require a location.
